Warehouse Team Leader Allington, Maidstone £25,701 per annum Full-time, permanent
A solid opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader who enjoys responsibility, accuracy and keeping teams on track in a fast-moving distribution environment.
This is a full-time permanent role based at our customer's distribution centre in Larne, working in a mixed environment.
Pay and hours
£25,701 per annum
37.5 hours per week plus a 30-minute unpaid break
5 days out of 7
8-hour shifts between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
The role As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for stock accuracy and daily audit performance, ensuring pallets and cages are checked correctly before leaving the warehouse.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing stock accuracy within the depot and outbound trailers
Checking incoming deliveries against driver paperwork
Leading daily auditing activity to meet targets
Ensuring individual and team KPIs are achieved
Completing and recording weekly supervision with team members
Reviewing audit data and providing clear performance feedback
Supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations
About you
Confident with basic maths without using a calculator
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to respond to verbal instructions and audible warning devices
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Comfortable leading people in a busy warehouse setting
Aged 18 or over
