This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, luxury sleep brand as a Visual Merchandiser and Sales Trainer, covering the South East. This retailer specialises in high quality mattresses and is now looking for a skilled and experienced VM to drive instore standards and sales across all sites.

This role requires a lot of travel between sites daily so you must be happy being out on the road!

Visual Merchandiser - the role:

• Ensure all products are presented to the highest standard in line with company guidelines
• Provide product training and support to in-store staff
• Provide market intelligence on competitors' products & promotions
• Build strong relationships with all instore teams
• Communicate visual concepts to all audiences

Visual Merchandiser - the person:

• Experience within the furniture or bed industry is highly desirable
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and implement change
• Open and honest character who is an outgoing, friendly and approachable person with the ability to communicate effectively
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven
• Driving licence is essential

To be successful in this role you should have experience training teams in a Visual Merchandiser / Account Manager / Brand Rep role, ideally within the bed or furniture industry.
