My client is a franchise operator with a large portfolio of some of the world's most recognised quick service brands; they are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to join them to support their expansion plans. The main areas of responsibility include:

· Providing leadership for the team to ensure a world class customer experience
· Being responsible for the day to day running of store
· Executing store operations including promotional activity
· Driving sales and profitability targets
· Partner development and coaching
· Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience of running high volume hospitality establishments with large teams. Experience of working in a Drive-Thru environment would also be an advantage.
