A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Beauty Store Manager to join a luxury skincare brand at their brand new Flagship Boutique in Central London.

Reporting into the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store operations, store teams and achieving the store KPIs. The ideal candidate will have previous Store Manager experience within a skincare or beauty brand with excellent skincare knowledge. You will have strong leadership skills along with proven experience of achieving sales targets.

Store Manager - Key duties:

Manage the store in order to achieve the sales objective and operational KPIs
Manage and coach the sales team on how to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Demonstrate sales leadership to the team by playing an active role on the shop floor
Contribute to marketing strategies and events
Manage the store inventory and stock levels
Conduct regular training for the store sales team
Maintain excellent retail standards at all times

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years experience within a luxury beauty brand with excellent skincare knowledge
Strong leadership skills, managing and developing a team
Proven experience achieving KPI's
Marketing skills to build brand awareness
Ability to communicate and listen effectively
High retail standards
Team player
