Store Manager

Location: London

Salary: £35,000 + bonus

BRAND NEW STORE - BOUTIQUE - LUXURY

Our client is a luxury fashion retailer dedicated to merging the importance of aesthetic and comfort. They are looking for Store Manager to join their stunning NEW boutique in London!

You will bring with you your management experience working in a fast paced, 121 sales setting, passion for building relationships with customers, a great eye for detail and recognition of customers wants and needs. You will also be hugely passionate about driving performance with a natural flair for closing sales.

The Role:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is the teams priority
  • Managing your team and delegate operational tasks to drive the company culture
  • Monitoring and maintaining the operations functions to run smoothly
  • Communicate with Retail Ambassadors specific business communications and new products
  • Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising on the retail floor and in windows
  • Manage day to day operations of the store and monitoring stock.
  • Work closely with Head of Operations/Customer Service to optimize in-store offering and stock management to optimize sales

About you:

  • Experience in a similar luxury, 121 sales manager position
  • Engaging relationship building with customers with the goal of every customer leaving with a smile
  • Have excellent communication skills and established experience in presenting to senior leadership
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Pride in cleanliness, attention to detail and presentation that corresponds with the brand image
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Actively contribute towards meeting and exceeding the team's sales goals
