Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 DOE

Salary: Either up to £32,000 per annum (Junior Sous Chef) or £35,000 per annum (Sous Chef)

Out client is recruiting an enthusiastic Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef who has a passion for great food and excellent hospitality! You will be leading from the front, motivating, and developing your kitchen team to deliver quality food that will have a say in.

The Role:

• You will be leading a kitchen team to deliver food to a high standard
• You will work closely with the head chef and be involved in the development of menus within budgets
• Your role is key to ensuring high levels of quality fresh, local and seasonal food
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Engagement with our local suppliers to develop trade
