Sales Team Manager
Loughborough
£30,000 - £35,000 a year -
Full time - Monday to Friday


Our client is a leading luxury retailer who have an exciting opportunity to join their Head office team in Loughborough as a Sales Team Manager. Renowned for their high-quality products, they are a well-established brand with loyal customer following.


You will bring with you your expertise in managing a full sales cycle in order to drive and motivate a highly successful sales team. An integral part of your role will be to provide advice on suitability and design to clients, problem solving and sales aftercare.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a small sales team
  • Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
  • Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
  • Management of incoming enquiries
  • Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity


The Ideal candidate:

  • From a luxury sales environment
  • Confident with face to face, 121 sales
  • Able to analyse sales reports in order to put actions in place to drive the store forward.
  • A background in design/interiors/creative industry is desired
  • Enthusiastic and hands on - this is a busy, fast-paced company
  • Experience of using your own initiative and anticipating future needs
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
