Sales Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000pa + Great Bonus & Benefits!

FUN - SOCIAL ENTERTAINMENT - VENUE

Our client is an exciting and innovative social entertainment group with a fantastic food and beverage operation. Due to fantastic growth in the past year, they are now looking for a proactive and driven, Sales Manager to head up their events and group sales department in their flagship site in central London,

As Sales Manager you will bring with you your sales experience and passion for building relationships with customers to help the brand continue to grow. An integral part of the business, your role will focus on maximising customer spend per head and exceeding the venues financial goals. You will be charged with working with the local community to attract new clients to the business. This is a fast pace, hands on role that will involve you in all areas of the business!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with the community and location on behalf of the brand
  • Create strategies to generate new business using local market data
  • Lead and document weekly 1:2:1's with direct reports
  • Monitor KPI's to drive team performance
  • Assist with event revenue forecasting and planning
  • Assist with event revenue forecasting and planning
  • Attending tradeshows and exhibitions
  • Work closely with both the venue and kitchen teams for events
  • Manage sales teams schedule
  • Occasional weekend work may be required

About you:

  • You will be able to communicate with your team effectively
  • Have good time management and organisational skills
  • Think outside the box to maximise sales and guest experience
  • Be very aware of the needs of others around you and be very self-aware
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Overall knowledge of the local area businesses and existing client base
  • Preferably 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
