Hitchin - Multiple positions (Full time & Part Time hours available)
Salary up to £26,500 doe + Bonus and Benefits

Located in the beautiful market town of Hitchin our client is looking for a customer focused sales assistant/senior sale to join their stunning jewellery store. This well-established family ran business sees its clients return time and time again due to their range of products, services, and natural approach to sales.

As sales assistant/senior sales you will play an integral part of the team, ensuring that you are building rapport with each and every client, becoming a jewellery expert and a true brand ambassador. You will have a real passion for the product, with an upbeat personality that will capture the heart of each client.

As Sales Assistant/Senior Sales your role will include:

Approaching clients, offering advice, handling queries and closing sales.
Managing the client journey through the whole sales process and aftercare.
Ensure you have exceptional product knowledge of the whole collection.
Manage repair administration and undertaking minor instore repairs such as straps and battery replacements.
Ensuring store standards and maintained throughout the day and kept to a high standard.
Monitor stock inventory and new product delivery when needed.
Support colleagues and management with day-to-day operations of the store.

As Sales Assistant/Senior Sales you will be:

Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service, experienced in working in a customer facing, one to one environment.
Hungry to learn and develop your own skill sets within the jewellery sector.
A team player, able to work with colleagues to achieve the overall business goals.
Saturday working essential and some Sunday work as required.

Desirable requirements:

Preferably from a jewellery background, knowledgeable about gemstones and precious metals.
Jet 1 and Jet 2 qualified
