Our client is the leading brand in their field, following fantastic online success they have now opened a beautiful new boutique in Knightsbridge. They are all about luxury products, and luxury service, offering their clients carefully curated pieces that are a mix of vintage, classic and contemporary pieces.

The ideal candidate will be a true fashionista, someone who is passionate about leading luxury brands and has a real passion for the world of luxury handbags and accessories.

Main responsibilities;

• Welcoming customers to the boutique, creating an environment that will see customers return time and time again.
• Working towards company set KPI's and targets in order to drive your own OTE, as well as driving revenue for the boutique.
• Be the face of the brand, the knowledge, the font of inspiration for all our lovely clients.
• Maintain store standards ensuring that all areas of the boutique and all products are displayed to a high standard.
• Manage any customer complaints inline with company policies.

You will be;

• Knowledgeable about fashion house's and current fashion trends. Preferable knowledge with handbags and accessories.
• Self- motivated and driven to achieve KPI's and targets.
• Customer focused with ability to build up a strong client network.
• Advantageous: Arabic speaker.

Opening hours, Mon-Sat 9:30am - 6:30pm
Full time (40hrs) position
