Our client, a luxury fashion & lifestyle brand, currently requires a Store Manager to head up one of their successful boutiques within the Gloucestershire countryside. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through managing the store and retail sales assistants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a thorough knowledge of products on offer.

Candidates need to come from a high end retail sales background, ideally having worked for a luxury fashion brand / homeware retailer, and have experience of managing people within this environment. You will be able to rapidly build strong working relationships with a loyal client base and be happy to support where needed. An ability to show a desire for the products on offer and be proud in delivering a quality experience to customers is imperative.
