Retail Store Installations Manager

Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 + £330 per month car allowance - Location: Nationwide

Retail and Asset Solutions are looking for an Installations Manager to join our Retail Store Support team on a full-time permanent basis managing, recruiting and developing our installation teams. As an Installations Manager you will work with the Business Development Manager to grow our installation service offer and ensure financial targets are met

Job Specifics -Retail Store Installations Manager

You will be required to:

• Develop effective working relationships both internally and externally, creating close working relationships with all clients
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to grow our Installation offer
• Manage the client resource requirements by evaluating the workplans and project schedule
• Recruit and arrange training to build our installation teams
• Ensure that all personnel are aware of the contractual service delivery expectations including H&S requirements

Personal Specification

• A proven track record of people management
• Experience in racking installation & qualifications required
• Knowledge of the wider installation industry
• Excellent client facing skills
• Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
