We are delighted to be working with a large Independent Cycle shop in the heart of Bishops Stortford. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Manager with a passion for retail and bikes to run a small team plus their busy workshop! This is a great opportunity to bring your passion for retail and cycling to this NEW STORE OPENING!!!
As Store Manager you will be charged with managing all operations of the store, putting customers at the heart of everything that you do. Creating an instore environment that will see customer return time and time again. You will ensure that you team have the same passion and energy each and everyday to close sales and build long term customer relationships.
When joining the business you will be welcomed into the company with a warm introduction, a detailed training plan and support from across the business to ensure you have all the tools to be the best!

About you:

You will have a positive attitude
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with others
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Be highly organised and meticulous, being able to plan your time effectively
Have the skills to manage everything and everyone from bike fitters to part-time mechanics.
Competent with paperwork
