Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for both front and back of house operations? My client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Restaurant Manager for their newly developed operation.

Responsibilities:

Full day to day running of the restaurant and Cafe
Organising and planning the staff rota
Stock orders & rotation
Staff training and recruitment
Health & safety practice
Dealing with sales forecast and P&L accounts
Dealing with HR issues such as appraisals and disciplinaries
Oversee stock management including monitoring wastage and discounting to achieve maximum margin potential.
Manage the merchandising, pricing and display of all goods, maintaining the highest of standards.

What we're looking for:

Management experience in hospitality (front and back of house)
Knowledgeable in kitchen operations and food safety
Thorough understanding of allergens
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Effective time management
Passion for contributing to a positive team environment
