A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area/Regional Manager to join this rapidly growing company as a Regional/Area Manager in the London area.

To assist with on-going success and deliver growth, we are looking to speak with motivated and enthusiastic Area Managers with a passion for delivering great service as well as assisting with the long-term development of their teams, all with the aim of increasing sales profitability across the stores.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Delivery of overall sales performance
• Create high performing store leadership teams, through coaching & developing the Store Manager population
• Analysing performance trends and developing effective plans to drive regional performance
• Deliver the regional sales and KPI targets
• Work cross functionally within the business across all departments, engaging with key stakeholders at every level

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience gained in an Area/Regional management role within retail
• People orientated; you will put your people at the forefront of what you do.
• A commercial and strategic thinker
• A strong communicator
• A Team player
• You will need to have a proven track record of delivery in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience in leading and influencing change would be very beneficial within this role.
