Marketing Manager - great opportunity with a Retail/Hospitality/Leisure business!

Salary: £35,000pa DOE

Our client is going through an exciting time of growth, responsible for a number of brands within the retail, hospitality and leisure industry, they manage a number of locations across the UK. Our client has an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join their team in Fleet! You will bring with you your passion for building up a brand and experience content creation.

This is a very exciting and varied role. As Marketing Manager, you will be creating and managing paid ads campaigns, responsible for various social media platforms, organising events, company website management. All whilst following brand guidelines and assisting the group in successfully targeting and achieving sales.

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:

  • Working alongside group directors and associated staff and representatives of the brand to implement marketing strategies and marketing plans.
  • Managing data analytics and present to board with solutions.
  • Management of Google PPC and social media campaigns.
  • Responsible for all brand scheduling and posting of content across all platforms.
  • Designing and building the marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Tracking and monitoring competitors closely.
  • Able to manage a workload across multiple campaigns.
  • Assist with the content creation for multiple outreach campaigns, SMS, Emails, Press.

About you:

  • A Marketing Manager from Hospitality, Retail or Leisure environment
  • Experienced in creating and managing content calendars in line with strategic plans.
  • Able to manage multiple workloads at once
  • A team player, able to listen to all members in the business and take opinions and ideas on board to work collaboratively
  • You will have a creative flare about you with a passion for content creation
  • Experience in content creation to brand standards.
