Marketing Manager - Fine Dining Catering Company

London Office Based

Salary up to £35,000 per annum + great benefits

Our client is an award-winning catering company who hold people at the heart of what they do. Specialising in weddings, private parties, and corporate events, providing delicious food packed with personality and flavour! Their food has been featured in leading industry magazines and articles, so this is a GREAT time to join!!

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to assist them with their growth. As Marketing Manager, you will be aware of current market trends. Working directly with the Head of Creative and the Business Founders you will play an integral part in achieving the company growth plans. This brand has seen significant growth already and show no signs of slowing down, no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

  • Creating marketing strategy for the business in line with financial and overall company goals.
  • Overseeing all social media channels and digital marketing strategy.
  • Analysing insights and current trends and using your experience to build successful strategies.
  • Present the brand in client pitches. Working closely with the sales and events teams to ensure clients receive a fantastic experience.
  • Organise and lead promotional events.
  • Manage and oversee monthly budgets.

Experience Requirements for the Marketing Manager:

  • You will have worked within a similar Marketing role for a minimum of 3 years within the food industry, ideally within the luxury/mid-market sector.
  • You will be able to work independently and manage your own time in line with business deadlines, as well as working collaboratively with other departments.
  • You will be passionate about the food & event industry, motivated to deliver creative ideas and manage projects from start to finish.
  • You will have a solid understanding of current market trends within the food and events sector.
  • You will be able to analyse data, to put actions in place from said data and feedback to senior management.
  • Able to make key decisions and multitask - this is a fast-paced business!
