E-Commerce Manager - Luxury Brand

Central London (hybrid)

Salary £50/55,000

Our client specialises in luxury assets, working with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, they are on track to drive the business in a new direction. With expansion plans in place for 2024, they are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join the business.

As Ecommerce Manager your role will consist of:

  • Leading the evolution of our e-commerce strategy for 2024.
  • Driving revenue, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Managing online and offline store experiences seamlessly.
  • Building and Managing Key Relationships.
  • Develop departmental and project-specific budgets.
  • Working closely with managers within the business to manage stock and order fulfilment

As Ecommerce Manager the Key Requirements are:

  • 10+ years in high-volume e-commerce, driving traffic and revenue growth.
  • Background in luxury/tangible assets, preferably within the alcohol sector.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and strategic leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience in a B2C/B2B e-commerce role, where you have showcased your strategy thinking and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels
  • Experience working with CRM and CMS management platforms, particularly Hubspot CRM, Shopify, Webflow and Wordpress
  • Highly adept with analytics and reporting tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and AHRefs
  • Highly adept with email marketing platforms and tools, as well as A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize
  • Woocommerce experience

Advantages: - UX/UI experience is advantageous
