As a Sous Chef, You will be eager to learn and develop within a rapidly expanding, forward-thinking business, you will be taught how to take charge of the usual responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, Supporting the store to meet targets and exceed brand expectations.
As a Sous Chef, you will be passionate about delivering food of an excellent standard and be the constant face of energy and passion in the kitchen. This exciting fresh food brand is inviting and casual, with a strong focus on the quality of it's coffee, seasonal fresh food, cocktails, and always providing the very best service.

• A calm and organised Individual, able to work in a supporting role, but also alone.
• A Sous Chef that can cook, taste and enjoy their food, and will ensure great quality and consistency.
