We have a BRAND NEW, EXCITING opportunity for an experienced Hospitality / Leisure Manager to join a family entertainment brand, with multiple sites across the UK, in the picturesque town of Westward Ho! You will be a fun and vibrant individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to visitors.

About you:

• You will have Management experience in a hospitality, leisure, or retail setting
• You will be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for customer service
• You will be capable of training and developing a team

As General Manager you will be responsible for:

• Being part of the fun!

• Efficiently running the day-to-day operations of multiple areas of the site (Games and Food and Beverage)
• Ensuring cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
• Maintaining high standards in line with company guidelines
• Maintaining Health and Safety procedures throughout the site to ensure it's a safe and secure place for staff and customers
• Developing and training the team as well as motivating them to hit targets.
