Customer Success Manager - London

Remote working - Monday - Friday (40hrs)

Salary £22,880 - £24,960 DOE + Fantastic performance related bonus!

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing passionate business as they seek to find a Customer Success Manager.

Offering their clients, the highest level of service in dog services, they are looking for an individual who is driven, passionate and has a hunger to be part of a growing team.

As Customer Success Manager, you will be an integral member of the team, working with different departments as well as ensuring that all clients expectations are being met. You will bring with you, your attention to detail, ability to use CRM software, communicate via multi channels and most importantly be a dog lover!

Your roles as Customer Success Manager will include:

  • Ensuring the existing clients are looked after and their needs are being met, providing information and support.
  • Manage communication: Inbound calls and emails, as well as responding to enquiries from new clients.
  • Having a strong eye for detail, being methodical and organised in order to juggle an ever-changing workload.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and manage your day accordingly as well as being able to make occasional site visits to support the wider team in the London area.
  • Reviewing and responding to online reviews across various platforms. Resolving any complaints in a professional and courteous manner, via email or phone.
  • Achieving sales target, by using your rapport built with clients to offer additional services to increase overall business revenue.

You will be:

  • From a similar customer service/account management background.
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Driven to achieve business related targets.
  • Competent and confident in using technology and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar/equivalent real-world experience.
  • Passion for dogs and delivering the highest level of customer service.
