Customer Service Advisor
£18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
Our client is an impressive online retailer and due to continued growth are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor which experience in a similar environment.
The role includes:
- Working on a bespoke inhouse operating system, full training given
- Ability to work within a small team of 4 Customer Service Advisors with a current total of 10 employees based in Coventry.
- Dealing with Customers Orders, Taking Payments, Process Chasing, Dealing with Complaints, Processing Refunds, After Sales Care and ad hoc customer services duties.
- Speaking to Suppliers and Couriers to chase up orders, report damages and arrange replacements
- Excellent keyboard keys and telephone manner essential
- Must have a methodical work ethic making sure tasks are completed in full and are well documented
- Must have experience within a retail online business
Hours are 9.30 to 5.30 five days a week, Saturdays are worked on a rota system. We do not work on Sundays, Bank Holidays and we have a shut down period over Christmas and New Year.
