Sales Consultant - Multiple Position's

Central London - Luxury products, luxury setting, luxury customers

Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience + Bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative brand who successfully combine luxury fashion with sustainability. With stores in Europe and a thriving ecommerce platform, this is the perfect time to join a company whose driving force is promoting ethical, sustainable shopping! They are looking for individuals who are passionate about selling luxury products, high achiever and love to create lasting relationships with customers.

Working along side beautiful products from top designers, you MUST be confident in communicating with high-net-worth clients. You MUST have a passion for fashion & accessories, knowledgeable about current trends and designer brands. Able to build long term rapports with clients to see them return time and time again. You MUST be hungry for sales, eager to convert each and every Client into a Client for life!

You will receive a warm welcome into the business and in depth training in order to build your knowledge, sales skills and understanding of the luxury market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the store manager to drive sales and provide a unique shopping experience
  • Give support to customers who entrust the company with their products during in store appointments
  • Key holder responsibilities, opening and closing of the boutique
  • Be sure to have up to date knowledge of current fashion trends and be able to use your knowledge to sell to your clients
  • Be hands on both front and back of house, packing up ecommerce orders
  • Show a hunger for sales to grow the stores revenue and your commission

About you:

  • Have at least 2/4 years working in a retail setting, preferably in a Luxury, one 2 one customer facing environment
  • Have broad knowledge of the luxury retail market
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers in a way that feels natural.
  • The ability to collaborate well with the team, developing and supporting with implementing ideas
  • Highly organised, flexible and adaptable
  • Have strong communication skills verbally and written
  • Showcase strong organisational skills
  • Italian, French, Russian speakers encouraged
