Dual Site Shop Manager

This leading hospice based in Surrey, is seeking a dynamic Dual Site Shop Manager to oversee two thriving charity shops in the local community. The Dual Site Shop Manager role involves co-ordinating all retail activity across two shops in Walton on Thames.

This includes leading a team of sales staff & volunteers to ensure there is an effective workforce in place to achieve shop KPI's and deliver excellent customer service across the shops. The Dual Site Manager will split their time between two shops, accordingly, to satisfy the commercial needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise Profits: Drive sales and increase income across both locations
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage staff and volunteers to achieve shop KPIs
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure first class experiences for all customers
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of presentation in both shops
  • Stock Management: Implement quality control and pricing strategies
  • EPOS Expertise: Utilise sales data to make informed business decisions


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience gained working within fashion/clothing retailing
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
  • KPI aware and driven
