Experienced Bar Manager

£12.00 per hour + tips

Full Time - 4.5 days

Our exclusive client specialises in modern British cuisine with a focus on quality fresh local produce and friendly attentive service. Serving a comprehensive menu including traditional A La Carte, small plates, brunch, salads, and sandwiches. They also boast a comfortable bar lounge area serving cocktails, beers, ciders, and many more choices. We are now looking for the following enthusiastic person to join their passionate team to cover Wednesday to Sunday:

We are looking for a very confident and commanding bar manager to join our team. We want a positive attitude just like your drink's knowledge and repertoire. You will create a positive culture for the bar, ensuring both staff and guests are happy and receiving the highest quality products. Cocktail knowledge and speed of service is a must!

Duties for the roles include:

• Taking drinks orders and serving drinks to diners
• Helping fellow team members with their tables where required
• Making sure guests have the best experience possible whilst maintaining our high standards
• Full stock purchase, control, and management.
• Creating specs for cocktails
• Training and maintaining consistent standards
• Meeting GP Targets
• Working with the Owner and Head Chef to ensure smooth running of all shifts.

Ideal Candidates should have: Excellent time management, a warm and friendly demeanour with a professional attitude always, knowledge and ability to prioritise tasks while working with the flow of the restaurant, work well under pressure in a busy environment, and experience working behind a bar which serves both cocktails, wines beers and coffee.

Previous management experience, or a previous record of promotion and drive to gain experience and move up the chain of command would be desired.
