We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join this luxury furnishings brand at their beautiful showroom in Cambridge. With an international brand presence this is an amazing opportunity to join a company who really cares about their teams.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• To be responsible for the delivery of sales and profit targets
• Maintaining the showroom to the highest standards
• Managing and motivating your team to deliver world class service
• Meet and exceed sales budget, KPI targets and LFL growth targets
• Develop a selling culture amongst the showroom team
• Train, coach and develop team members
