As a District Manager in Five Guys, you'll be responsible for the right amount of restaurants (and their results) to ensure you stay connected to your teams and customers.

The experience you've gained in branded restaurants, at similar level, means you'll be able to build (and deliver) an effective people strategy across your area. You'll be equally comfortable on the line as you are talking through your results and plans with your team. You're commercially astute, not afraid to challenge established thinking in a positive, constructive way - it's the only way we'll continually improve.
