Area Manager - Food Retail / Bakery
Covering sites across the North West

Salary = Circa £31,000+ Bonus & Benefits

We are delighted to be working exclusively with this fantastic retailer, They have multiple stores and due to ever growing expansion they are looking for an experienced Area Manager look after their sites across the north West. This is an excellent time to join a fantastic business and continue their success.

Area Manager role includes:

  • Ensure Company Policy and procedures are being followed in the stores and Health and safety and hygiene maintained to desired standards across all sites.
  • Actively involved in Area / Store rota planning to maintain staffing levels to achieve maximum sales.
  • Ensure all shops have full availability of our bestselling lines
  • Ensuring all shops are fully staffed correctly

About you:

  • Previous Area Manager experience
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
  • An ability to lead from the front and motivate varied teams to maximise store performance
  • Strong presentation skills and an eye to detail
  • Experience of robust stock control and ordering of goods.
  • Strong management and leadership skills including team working, and team development maximizing talent.
  • Enthusiastic innovative and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
