Recommend a Client and we will donate £150 to your chosen charity!
Here at C2 Recruitment, we recognise that referrals and word of mouth play a big part in the growth of our business and so wanted to create a scheme as a way of thanking our candidates and clients for recommending our services to other clients that could benefit from our expert recruitment services.
For every new Retail, Hospitality or Leisure client which is referred to us, as a thank you, we will reward you a £150 donation to your chosen charity once we have successfully placed a candidate within that business.
How does it work?
If you recommend C2 Recruitment Ltd to a Retail, Hospitality or Leisure business that goes on to engage with us as a direct result of your recommendation, we will make a £150 donation to your chosen charity once we have successfully placed a candidate within that business.
How do I refer a new client?
When speaking to a business that you believe will benefit from our services simply email your contact copying in firstname.lastname@example.org
This will then be logged on our system with you as the referrer so we know when your referral engages with us.
How will I know if my referral has placed an order?
Once your referral has contacted us we will let you know. We will also contact you once we have successfully placed a candidate with them too!
When will the donation be made?
Once we have successfully placed our candidate with the business that you have recommended and full payment of the invoices has been made to C2 Recruitment Ltd by the client, then £150 will be donated to your chosen charity. An email will be sent to you to confirm the transaction.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No, you can recommend us to as many new clients as you would like. For each new client your chosen charity will receive a £150 donation in full from C2 Recruitment Ltd.

Terms and Conditions
In these terms
“referrer” means the business which recommends C2 Recruitment to a new client
“referral” means the new client
- A new client is someone that C2 Recruitment do not have a current agreement with or has not had in the last 2 years.
- Referred Clients must engage directly with C2 Recruitment Ltd.
- Donations will be made by C2 Recruitment directly with the charity only
- In the event of referrals being received from different referrers, the referrer that sent the referral first will get the reward.
- Full payment of the invoice must be made to C2 Recruitment by the client before any donation is made.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals made by each referrer.
The reward scheme is not open to employees of C2 Recruitment Ltd.
