About the Role
A leading operator in the leisure and hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to support its next phase of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to shape operational strategy, drive performance across multiple sites, and influence the culture and direction of a well-established, people-focused brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop multi-site operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial results.
Translate business strategy into clear operational plans with measurable outcomes.
Manage budgets, P&L performance, and cost control across the estate.
Ensure consistent operational standards, compliance, and health & safety.
Inspire and support Area and Site Managers to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
Champion customer experience, embedding feedback and data into operational improvement.
Oversee new site openings, refurbishments, and transformation projects.
About You
Proven experience leading multi-site operations within leisure, retail, or hospitality in a Head of Operations role for 5+ years
Strong leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
Commercially astute with sound financial management experience.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
Passionate about operational excellence, people development, and customer satisfaction.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel. Ideally located - North West or Midlands
