Talent Resourcing Business Partner

Midlands area (Remote working with frequent travel)

£55,000

£500 per month car allowance + up to 25% discretionary bonus, healthcare plan and life assurance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international business specialising in blue-collared services.

You will oversee a small team to ensure the day-to-day recruitment activity runs efficiently and take a direct lead on the sourcing of key talent both internally and through your networks.

In partnership with HR and L&D stakeholders you will deliver an innovative fresh approach to key resourcing challenges. This role is focused on proactive recruitment initiatives, workforce planning, supply/demand and the development of internal talent.

You will also be responsible for key supplier relationships and will forge new relationships with employability providers, charitable organisations and other bodies supporting a values-led approach to recruitment

We are looking for somebody with the passion and positive can-do approach to create and drive a strategic resourcing function that focuses on wider attraction, selection and CSR strategies that are aligned with our employee brand value proposition.

About you:-

The team is small and busy so we are looking for somebody who can juggle multiple priorities and loves problem solving.

You will be a real "people person", love networking and building new relationships. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be good at spotting opportunities.

You will also need to have a background in resourcing or recruitment and 2+ years leadership experience.

We also desire CIPD level 5 or CIM, or a desire to work towards it with us. An awareness of marketing principles would be an advantage.
