Supervisor - Telford
Vibrant Cocktail Bar
£10.00 to £12.00 per hour / Full time 40hr position

We are supporting a vibrant, well-established bar in the centre of Telford. This is an exciting opportunity to join the management team as a Supervisor. This venue offers its clients a space where they can enjoy high quality cocktails, in a warm and welcoming environment. We are keen to speak with you, if you are passionate about customer service, have a natural flair with people, and looking to build a management career.

As a successful Supervisor you will be:

• The face of the venue, able to greet every customer to a high standard, seeing them return time and time again.
• Inspire, develop, and motivate a team to live up to your high standards.
• Be present! Leading the team from the front with a hands-on approach.
• Have the knowledge and understanding of managing customers during peak times to ensure great service is delivered.
• Manage any customer complaints, preventing escalation.
• Delegating to team members each shift, ensure accurate cover of all areas of the venue.
• The link between the team and senior management, reporting back on daily events.

You will be:

• Experienced within the hospitality sector, ideally from a fast pace, bar/restaurant environment, with cocktail experience.
• Knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations.
• Experienced in people management, team of at least 5
• Confident in dealing with customers, handling objections, complaints, and requests.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can problem solve and manage multiple task at once.
