Are you an experienced Assistant Manager looking to step up into a Store Manager role? Then this could be the role for you!!

Or client is a luxury food retailer who are all about quality, freshness, and exquisite craftsmanship. They have international recognition, and are currently going through a time of growth within the UK market. This is a great opportunity to be part of their success as Store Manager in their Westfield White City store.

As Manager you will play an integral part in all functions of the store, from team development, driving store performance, customer service, stock management and being the link between store and head office.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overall responsibility and control of the branch's profitability
• Leadership, management and motivation of the branch employees
• Active participation in the branch and in the sales process
• Advising and accompanying our customers through the sales process
• Personnel planning - preparation of duty rosters
• Ordering and ensuring the availability of goods
• Ensuring the hygiene and freshness concept

You will have:

• Several years of sales and management experience with high social competence
• Training in retail or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of English other languages is an advantage
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
