Electronics Store Manager
Salary: £26k-30k per annum (DOE)
Location: Putney

Our client is a fast growing mobile retail and tech repair company, with huge growth and expansion plans over the next couple of years.

Your role as Manager will be critical to ensure efficiency in the scheduling of repairs. You'll ensure that customers are greeted in a friendly manner and take the details of the repair and provide estimates and time scales for them.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting & Serving customers in a friendly manner
• Booking in repairs on our system.
• Handling payment
• Translate customer requests into what they want
• Working as part of a team
• Managing The Team
• Boosting Energy on the Shop Floor

Experience:

• Previous sales and customer service experience within Retail ideally within the Mobile Phone Industry
• Previous Retail Telecommunication experience (Desirable)
