Store Manager - Café / Coffee Shop
Stevenage
£23,000 to £27,000 per annum DOE + bonus + benefits

Our client is a well-established international Cinema brand who are proud to be the second largest cinema operator in the world. Currently they operate a portfolio of more than 100 cinemas in the UK, which has steadily grown over the past few years. This exciting, innovative company promote more than 70% of their managers through internal progression and offer an exceptional experience for customer and employee alike.

Our client has a growing partnership with one the biggest coffee shop chains in the world and they are looking for a Store Manager to operate their branded café operation within their cinema. The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager within a fast-paced, customer focused, coffee shop environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Staff Rotas
  • Stock Control
  • Till operation and cash reconciliation
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints
  • Recruitment, induction and training
  • Coaching Supervisors and Multifunctional staff members
  • Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
  • Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
  • Working towards objectives
  • Performance management
  • Operations management
  • Budgetary management
