Ilford, Essex
Salary up to £27,500 per annum dependant on experience plus great benefits



C2 Recruitment are exclusively working with a leading charity based in the Essex area to support with the recruitment of a Shop Cluster Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store/Multi Site Manager to join this well know charity.
The Shop Cluster Manager will be instrumental in delivering the retail strategy across their cluster of shops. Reporting into the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for 3 charity stores around the Ilford area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the running of the Cluster of shops, the Shops Cluster Manager should ensure staff and volunteers meet and exceed agreed sales targets, and maximise profit to increase the overall contribution of the shop.
  • Working with a hand on approach with the shops in your Cluster.
  • To be responsible for the Health and Safety of the Cluster and report any incidents in a timely manner.
  • To support another Cluster of Shops if required. You should work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to implement systems, processes, and specific strategies for the Shop cluster and to optimise profit and sales.
  • This role is instrumental in raising local awareness and acts as the retail face of the wider charity organisation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience within charity or retail at a Store/Shop Manager level.
  • Ability to interpret financial and performance data.
  • Motivational, and inspirational leader. Strong people manager.
  • Passion for charity retailing and knowledge of the charity sector.
  • Full driving licence with access to own transport for ease of travel.
