Shift Manager - QSR - Coffee
Weston-Super-Mare
£10.10phr - 30hr contract

As a Shift Manager you'll support the restaurant manager in all aspects of management in this fast-paced environment such as:

  • Customer service:


Ensuring company high standards are delivered each day.
Going above and beyond for each and every customer.
Being the best on the high street, ensuring the customer comes back to you time and time again.

  • People:


Be the motivator in the team, ensuring that the team are living and breathing the core values and creating the right instore environment.
Supporting with any HR matters
Leading and coaching the team, and spotting future talent.
Bing the link between the team and management opening up clear links of communication.

  • Driving Sales:


Being a brand ambassador and driving the team daily to reach company set targets.
Showcasing upselling skills to the team, inn order to increase store revenue.
Ensuring that quick, and efficient service is delivered.

  • Operations:


Cash handling.
H&S compliance.
Ensuring food preparations is managed efficiently.
Staff grooming and presentation is to company standards.
You will also help build a passionate team ready and willing to give the very best customer experience. As the brand are expanding, they are looking for passionate candidates who are eager to learn and develop, this could see you helping with future store openings!
