Shift Manager - Fast Food

£9.20 per hour (37.5 hour contract)

A fantastic opportunity to join franchise operator based in Essex who is working in partnership with one of the world's most recognised fast food and quick service brands. We are currently looking for 3 Shift Managers to support with a brand new opening - this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting brand that is recognised as a global leader in the fast food industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Shift Manager within a fast-paced branded restaurant environment and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for people in addition to great team leadership and development skills.

Key duties:

· Supporting the management team in the smooth running of the store
· Following all company policies and procedures to ensure standards are satisfactorily maintained
· Coaching, motivating and engaging store employees, creating a culture to be proud of
· Leading by example to provide excellent customer service at all times
· Serving customers, till and cash handling, preparing and cooking food
