Sales Manager - Leisure

Our client is a leading leisure operator with venues across the UK. To support them with their current success and future plans, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead their team
As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- To drive new customer growth within the facility
- Identify and drive new opportunities through business to business and corporate channels
- Identifying and driving new opportunities to increase the volume of new members
- Lead and manage your team to achieve all KPI's set
The successful Sales Manager will possess:
- A proven track record in sales management within the leisure industry
- The ability to demonstrate knowledge of lead generation activity and to successfully convert leads into new business
- An proven record of working to targets and achieving KPI's
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding ability to communicate to customers from various backgrounds and managers at all levels
