An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Events Manager to join an amazing senior team at their head office based in Camberley. They are an award winning venue with a with a hugely popular functions business and a vibrant social scene.
The main areas of responsibility will include:
- To take comprehensive control of a large weddings, functions and golf day business on a day to day business.
- To recruit, train and manage an engaged sales team.
- Exceed revenue targets with a proactive approach by generating new leads.
- Answer all inbound enquiries effectively and demonstrate efficient conversion.
- Manage tribute nights entertainment schedule.
- Liaise with event organisers in a clear and engaging way.
- Organise each event in detail and ensure execution is world class.
- Produce a creative monthly sales plan.
