This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous one-to-one retail sales / management experience, who has a huge passion for customer service and technology. As a market leader, this brand has proudly won awards for investment in training and people.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Manager:

  • Deliver amazing results through leading and development of a high performance team
  • Supporting the store to drive productivity and efficiency in line with budgets and guidelines, to streamline operating costs and minimise impact on the environment.
  • Ensuring store is operated in line with compliance requirements in relation to store standards, Health & Safety, cash management, refunds and discounts, stock management.

Guru:

  • Resolving customer's technical issues and the ability and providing an explainations in a friendly and easy to understand way.
  • Keeping up-to-date and well informed regarding latest technological releases - use this knowledge to coach and develop the in-store team.
  • Responsible for making business critical decisions in abscence of the Duty Manager.

Sales Advisor:

  • To achieve and exceed store sales targets set by the Branch Manager
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times, with 1st class product knowledge and a personable approach
  • Develop sales opportunities through customer interaction
