Up to £36,000 per year basic plus amazing bonus structure

Our client is a specialist Health and Wellness retailer looking to recruit a Store Manager to take responsibility for their Flagship retail store in White City. This is an exciting opportunity to work for this amazing, unique brand who really do reward their passionate and focused Store Manager. They are seeking a dynamic, engaging, experienced, self-motivated, and driven retail manager to take lead of this new concept store.

This brand is all about taking control of your health and wellness, offering a great selection of revolutionary, unique products and technology to support them. As Store Manager you will be building long term relationships with your customers. This brand is all about preventative care for all areas of the body, so if you are in the health, wellness, natural remedies or homeopathic field, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to consider.

Our client are ideally looking for a motivated and confident individual who has a strong passion for sales, with a wealth of experience managing a store within Health, Beauty, Cosmetics or Luxury Fashion. This is a multifaceted store manager role. You will be given a great amount of responsibility to ensure this unique product is delivered to its customers in an exciting manner offering world class customer service. As the only retail outlet you will be an ambassador for the brand. As Store Manager you will be confident in leading a strong sales team, educating and coaching them to achieve great team success. You will be a manager who is experienced in analysing sales data in order to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for setting up processes and standards within the store.

As Store Manager you will be:

• A highly experienced retail manager who is used to thinking on their feet
• Passionate about natural remedies, homeopathic medicines, health and wellness - and not afraid of tech!
• Experienced in managing, coaching, developing and leading a team.
• Customer service focused - shop floor driven to ensure excellent customer service is offered
• An excellent communicator.
• Passionate about operations, have a natural flair for setting up process and procedures to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Sales and KPI driven, with the ability to analyse data.
• Experienced in clientelling and event planning.
• Confident in fully managing all operations of the store and promoting customer excellence
