Regional Support Manager - Retail Merchandising

£25,000 per annum + £200 per month car allowance - 6-Month Contract

Location; North England

Retail and Asset Solutions are looking for a Regional Support Manager to join our Store Support team on a 6-month contact. he Regional Support Manager will be responsible for making sure we have the right people recruited and trained with the relevant skills carrying out the work for our clients. The role will involve supporting the Regional Manager with daily operations in their region carrying out regular site visits, meeting with our teams and the clients.

Job Specifics - Regional Support Manager - Retail Merchandising

You will be required to:

• Arrange and carry out recruitment sessions working closely with the recruitment team.
• Train & develop all levels of merchandisers & team leaders using training materials and on-the-job training.
• Work closely with the client's project management to ensure they get the service they require.
• Work on site as a Team Manager when required
• Work closely with the client to understand their requirements
• Ensure any issues raised are reacted to in good time
• To conduct regular site visits, ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to whilst maintain a consistent delivery across the client estate and associated contracts

Personal Specification:

• Understanding and knowledge in the Retail and Merchandising sector
• Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions
• Excellent client facing skills
• Motivational and team building skills
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience in project / account / area management within the retail environment (Desired)
• Previous merchandising experience (Desired)
• Flexible working - Sunday - Thursday on a rota basis
