Recruitment Partner - South (Field based)

Salary £40,000 to £50,000 per annum + excellent benefits including bonus

Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for an exciting new challenge that will provide development opportunities, within an industry-leading company that truly values their people and continuously innovates?

Our client is an international quick-service restaurant operator, who have experienced rapid growth in the last few years within the UK. There are plans to grow the brand further with 25 new openings in the pipeline for 2023, and it is due to this that we are looking for a Regional Recruitment Partner to join the company.

The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for the attraction, assessment and recruitment of all management positions within their region, in addition to the successful recruitment of team members for new openings. They will work closely with the General Managers and Area Managers to ensure each restaurant is fully staffed and the managers receive coaching and support with hiring crew.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role working on volume roles within hospitality, although retail or leisure experience will also be considered. They will be proactive, tech-savvy, energetic and truly passionate about recruiting the right people.

Reporting to the Head of HR & Recruitment, this is a field based role that will include home working, and regular visits to restaurants across the region and the London Head Office; so a full UK driving licence and excellent transport links is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to gain understanding of requirements and resourcing plans for all roles and work with General Managers to ensure compliance with resource planning
  • Work with the Head of Recruitment to explore attraction channels and ensure they are innovative and to develop assessment tools for use by hiring managers
  • Identifying the highest calibre of candidate to support succession planning and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company
  • Provide a world class, personal candidate experience
  • Organise interview schedules and manage the hiring process to ensure time to hire targets are achieved
  • Ensure that processes for internal promotion are followed and are applied consistently and fairly
  • Ensure that assessments centres for new openings are effective and increase employer brand awareness are an integral part of the success of any new store opening.
