Key Account Manager - Coffee
£35,000 to £60,000 DOE + car allowance + excellent bonus
My client is a well-known brand within the coffee industry who have a growing portfolio of coffee bars in the UK and internationally, and a high quality coffee blend that they supply to various partners through concession bars and to-go machines. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager and Business Development professional to sell and promote new business while developing current contracts within concession concepts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and winning new national accounts.
- Maximising sales and profit within your department
- Negotiating deals at point of impasse.
- Developing working relationships with corporate clients and service providers.
- Managing the teams within the department.
- Reporting directly to the CEO on departmental performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior level sales or account management role within a branded environment, strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team within the operation. You will be an excellent communicator with strong budgetary, forecasting and cost control skills and the ability to consistently produce profit expectations.
As frequent travel with overnight stays is required, you must be able to drive with own car.
A car allowance is provided and a discretionary bonus is based on performance and departmental profit targets. A competitive salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
