Our client is a premium hospitality operator with an international presence, with a portfolio of activity-focused venues each complimented by a fantastic food and beverage offering. This is an exciting and innovative company with ambitious growth plans who are looking for a passionate Head Chef to join the management team at their high-end adventure golf and restaurant concept.

The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring food specifications are followed to allow the prompt delivery of outstanding high-quality food. As well as leading and directing all aspects of food operations including team training and development, health and safety and stock control.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Assisting in financial controls including stock control and waste
· Monitor every stage of food production ensuring high standards at all times
· Lead the kitchen
· Ensure equipment is well maintained, clean and in good working order
· Follow all food safety management processes
· Support in development and training
