Hours/Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week including 2 days off

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to take charge of a very popular and desirable bar in Telford. This is a prestigious brand with a reputation of serving quality drinks in a warm and welcoming environment.

Reporting in to the Head of Operations and responsible for a large team, we are looking for a strong leader with a passion for people development and strong operational skills to continue to take the venue forward.

You will be responsible for all day to day operations, looking after both front of house and back of house teams, whilst liaising with members of staff from other areas of the venue.

Previous Experience:

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a natural leader comfortable managing a team and already has experience working at General Manager level, preferably in a cocktail bar. Candidates who have GM experience in other hospitality settings such as a restaurant are also suitable providing they already have a good understanding about cocktails and a clear passion to develop this further.
