Salary £33,000- £36,000 per annum plus bonus

Our client is a rapidly expanding, award winning restaurant brand whose name is instantly recognisable within the industry. The brand offers modern, Parisian-style dining in a vibrant, continental environment; they offer an exceptional dining experience with the use of fresh products and their ethos is all about exceeding their guest's expectations.

To support this exciting time of expansion, my client is looking to recruit an experienced General Manager for their fantastic restaurant Harrogate.

Successful candidates will have experience in Restaurant Management within a branded, fresh-food operation and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering strong sales and service. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for customer service in addition to great business acumen and a desire for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the management of the restaurant team.
  • Ensure that guests receive an exceptional experience.
  • Train and develop your team to support future talent within the business.
  • Drive and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage your team to provide the highest quality of food offering.
  • Manage staff rotas within a labour budget to maximise efficiency of shifts.
  • Implement and manage all relevant health and safety procedures, ensuring all legal and company policies are adhered to.
  • Work effectively without supervision.
