Are you an experienced Food and Beverage Manager looking for a new multi-site challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity with a leading Leisure and Entertainment brand with sites across the UK. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join this growing business as Food and Beverage Manager.

Reporting into the Director, the Food and Beverage Manager will take responsibility for the effective running of the food and beverage propositions across the entire business. The mission will be to increase the value of customers spend on food and beverage. The Food and Beverage Manager will do this by developing and implementing innovative strategies to boost food and beverage sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute innovative strategies for enhancing our food and beverage offerings and increasing Spend Per Head (SPH) across the circuit.
  • F & B Development: Oversee ongoing audit and evolution of our food and beverage offering, taking into account customer preferences, profitability, and industry trends.
  • Operational Management: Take full responsibility for the effective running of the food and beverage propositions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management and supplier relationships.
  • Merchandising & Display Curation: Drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction through effective merchandising and display curation. Maximise the potential of the venue by developing partnerships with suppliers and distributors.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Uphold and improve upon food and beverage quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where necessary.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Work with the General Managers to champion the training of all staff on the consistent delivery of all food and drink items, identifying training needs and communicating these to the Operations team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Operations, and each site to drive up our SPH.

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • At least 2-3 years of progressive responsibility in a similar role within the hospitality, retail, or leisure industries. Relevant work experience and a portfolio showcasing your abilities and achievements in food and beverage management will be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of increasing Spend Per Head (SPH) and boosting food and beverage sales.
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including health and safety standards and quality assurance.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Be data-savvy and are comfortable collaborating using data to make informed decisions.
  • Must have a full, clean driver's licence and preferably your own car as the role will involve travel to our sites across the UK.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible, with a requirement to spend 4 days per fortnight at sites across the UK and/or Ho in Loughborough
