A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional/Divisional Manager to join this rapidly growing company as a Divisional Manager in the South West area.

Reporting into the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the designated retail branch division to ensure that sales, income and profits are maximised, continually working to improve branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Oversee the division to ensure the delivery of sales and profit targets for all branches within your remit
  • Support Area Managers to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, while ensuring a customer service focus
  • Ensure costs are controlled in line with budgets/forecasts
  • Implement the Company's advertising and promotional strategy
  • Undertake project work as required focussed around the enhancement of and improvement of Retail processes
  • Develop a succession and talent management strategy for the division
  • Build effective working relationships with other functions of the business to ensure business continuity and improvement
